For those seeking support in their grief and bereavement journey.
At Beth Donovan Hospice we have a vast array of medical equipment that is available to the community free of charge.
Our Equipment Loan Program is a free community service. The equipment is used, and we cannot guarantee its safety.
Our Equipment loan period is three months from the date of the loan. We have a limited supply of lending equipment to service our community, so we kindly ask that you please return all equipment within the three-month time frame to ensure you are not charged a monthly fee of $40.00. However, we understand that sometimes a piece of equipment may be required for a few extra days or a week. (For these instances, please contact us to see if we can help you).
The borrower will make a good faith attempt to safeguard and keep the equipment in the same condition it was received.
Equipment is to be disinfected prior to returning it. If not disinfected there will be a cleaning charge of $50.00.
We strongly suggest you sanitize any borrowed equipment before use. Please note while we do sanitize all equipment prior to use it does stay in our garage and may be dusty, so we recommend wiping with a wet cloth or cleaning wipes.
The borrower may not make any adaptations or changes to the equipment. If the equipment is damaged, there will be a $50.00 charge.
Equipment not returned will be subject to a replacement charge.
Beth Donovan Hospice is collecting this information for the purpose of ensuring the equipment lent out is returned on time and in good clean condition. Your credit card will not be used unless the following conditions are not met:
