Grief can begin long before a death and continues to look different for every person and family.

This session will explore grief before and after a loss, what you might experience, and ways to support yourself and others through grief. We’ll also talk about what happens after a death, including some of the practical decisions and considerations surrounding funerals and memorials.

Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and learn in a welcoming, supportive environment.

This session is part of our free Practical Caregiver Training series and is open to caregivers and anyone interested in learning more about grief and end-of-life planning.
