Providing hands-on care can be intimidating, particularly when you're worried about keeping both yourself and the person you are supporting safe.

This practical session will introduce everyday caregiving skills related to mobility, transfers and personal care. Participants will learn approaches that can help them provide assistance more safely and confidently while maintaining the comfort and dignity of the person receiving care.

This session is part of our free Practical Caregiver Training series and is open to caregivers and anyone interested in building practical caregiving skills.
