How do you make sure someone's wishes are understood if they become unable to speak for themselves?

This session will introduce Advance Care Planning and help participants better understand conversations about wishes, values and preferences for future care. We’ll explore the role caregivers can play in starting these conversations and helping ensure the person they support has a voice in decisions about their care.

This session is part of our free Practical Caregiver Training series and is open to caregivers and anyone interested in learning more.
