Knowing where to turn for help can be one of the most challenging parts of caregiving. This session will explore how to navigate the healthcare and community support systems, find resources, ask questions and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Participants will leave with practical information to help them feel more confident advocating for themselves and the person they are supporting.

This session is part of our free Practical Caregiver Training series and is open to caregivers and anyone interested in learning more about supporting someone they care about.
