Join us this fall for our Therapeutic Art Group, a supportive and welcoming space to explore creativity, connection and self-expression through art.

Therapeutic art can offer an opportunity to slow down, process emotions, reduce stress and express experiences that can sometimes be difficult to put into words. No previous art experience is needed — the focus is on the process, not the finished product.

This group is open to individuals who are:
Living with a life-limiting illness
Caring for someone with a life-limiting illness
Experiencing grief or bereavement

Fall Session: September 23 – November 25
Wednesdays at Beth Donovan Hospice

Two session times are available:
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
(Please note there will be no sessions on October 28 or November 11.)

As this is a closed, session-based group designed to build connection and comfort over time, participants who register are asked to commit to attending the full fall session.

All materials are provided, and no artistic experience is necessary. Come as you are and discover how creativity can offer space for reflection, expression and connection.
