Rest, Breathe, and Sleep: Supporting Your Body Through Grief
Presented by Melanie Goldberg, Registered Psychotherapist, and Kevin McEvoy, Breathwork Facilitator

Grief often affects sleep, rest, and the body’s ability to regulate stress. Registered Psychotherapist Melanie Goldberg will explore how grief affects sleep.

Following this, Kevin McEvoy, a certified meditation coach and breathwork facilitator, will introduce gentle, accessible breathwork techniques to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support better sleep. Participants will learn simple exercises that can be practiced safely at home from a seated position.

This is an educational session. There is no expectation to share personal experiences.

Wednesday May 20th | 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Beth Donovan Hospice, 1107 French Settlement Rd, Kemptville
No cost to attend
