Advance Care Planning is for everyone, at any stage of life. It’s about thinking ahead, learning what matters most to you, deciding who would speak for you if needed, and sharing your wishes with those who care about you.

This workshop will explore how to start these important conversations, understand substitute decision makers, and ensure your voice is heard when it matters most. You’ll leave with practical tools, resources, and a better understanding of how to plan ahead with confidence.

There is no cost to attend. Complimentary workbooks and refreshments will be provided. Advance registration is encouraged.
