Navigating Life After Recent Loss: A Peer Support Group for Partners is a 6 week peer support group for individuals grieving the loss of a life partner. This group offers a welcoming and compassionate space to connect with others who understand, share experiences, and support one another through the early stages of grief.

This is a closed group, and participants are asked to commit to attending all 6 sessions.

Sessions take place weekly on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Rideau Community Health Services in Merrickville, beginning April 28.

There is no cost to attend. Advance registration is required and space is limited.

Facilitated by Megan Dillenbeck, Grief Counsellor with Beth Donovan Hospice and Brad Dowdall, Coordinator with Community Home Support Lanark County
