Grief & Grub for Guys is a free, monthly drop-in support group created specifically for men navigating grief and loss. This program recognizes that men often experience and express grief differently and offers a relaxed, informal space to connect with others who understand—without pressure, expectations, or any requirement to share more than feels comfortable.

The group meets on the first Wednesday of each month from 2:00–3:30 PM at Kemptville Brewing Company. Hosted in a familiar, community-based setting, each gathering offers time for conversation, listening, and connection with peers who are walking a similar path. Whether grief is recent or from years past, men are welcome to come as they are and participate in the way that feels right for them.

Men may attend one session or join us month to month—whatever fits their needs and comfort level. Refreshments will be provided, there is no cost to attend, and advance registration is required.
