The public is invited to join us at the Manotick Legion for an engaging and interactive day focused on health, wellness, and community connection. With over 20 exhibitors across two floors, this free event offers a great opportunity to explore services, learn something new, and connect with local organizations dedicated to supporting your well-being.

Enjoy a full day of activities including live demonstrations, presentations, free screenings, and opportunities to try things like Tai Chi, chair yoga, line dancing, and more.
