Join us for a free Advance Care Planning workshop to learn how to make your wishes known and ensure your voice is heard when it matters most. Planning ahead isn’t just for later in life—it’s important at every age and stage.

In this session, you’ll gain a clear understanding of what Advance Care Planning is and why it matters. We’ll guide you through how to reflect on your values and future care preferences, choose and prepare a Substitute Decision Maker, and start meaningful conversations with those closest to you. You’ll also be introduced to practical tools and resources to help you take the next steps with confidence.
