Diana Steadman - Yoga Teacher, Wellness Facilitator
Diana Steadman is the founder of Sacred Grace, a yoga teacher, wellness guide, birth doula and a volunteer with Beth Donovan Hospice. Her gentle teaching style weaves together movement, breathwork, meditation, and soothing sound practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deep rest. Diana is known for creating compassionate spaces where participants feel welcomed, supported, and able to reconnect with themselves.Diana’s path into this work began with a profound spiritual awakening during her first postpartum experience as a new mother. Over time, through therapy, yoga training, and meditation, she gained the tools to understand and integrate that transformative period. Supporting people through life's sacred transitions of birth and death has deepened her understanding of the spiritual significance of that early experience as a new mom and shaped the compassionate spaces she now creates for reflection and healing.

Falen Reid- Reiki, Sound Bath and Elemental Breathwork Practitioner

Falen Reid is the founder of Flourish with Falen, a wellness platform built on resilience, healing, and growth. Her journey into wellness began with a near-death experience, a turning point driven by years of unresolved trauma, addiction, and unhealthy eating. This moment sparked a spiritual awakening and a passionate curiosity to heal naturally.

Dissatisfied with simply masking symptoms, Falen sought to understand root causes. She explored diverse healing modalities—including yoga, therapy, sound healing, reiki, breathwork, dietary changes, and tarot/oracle readings—and emerged stronger and more balanced.

Today, Falen is certified in several of these modalities and dedicates herself to helping others uncover their unhealed wounds and move toward wholeness.
