Guided Journaling Series (Virtual)
Facilitator: Amy Tibben, RP
Dates: March 25, April 1, April 8, April 15
Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: Zoom

Join us for a four-week guided journaling series designed to create space for reflection, self-expression, and emotional processing. Guided journaling offers a gentle and structured way to explore thoughts and feelings through writing. With thoughtful prompts and supportive facilitation, participants can gain insight, process experiences, and connect more deeply with themselves in a safe and welcoming environment.

The series will be facilitated by Amy Tibben, Registered Psychotherapist, Death Doula, and educator, who brings extensive experience supporting individuals through grief, life transitions, and personal reflection. Amy creates compassionate spaces where participants can explore meaningful topics at their own pace while benefiting from guided prompts and group connection.

For the best experience and outcomes, participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions, as each week builds on the previous one.

This series will take place virtually over Zoom, allowing participants to join from the comfort and privacy of their own space. Participants should have a journal or notebook available for each session.
