A peaceful yoga and sound bath experience offering gentle movement, restorative rest, and a deeply meditative sound journey. This session is thoughtfully designed for individuals experiencing grief, caregivers carrying the weight of supporting others, and those living with a life-limiting illness. The experience concludes with a loving-kindness meditation to support calm, emotional ease, and a sense of connection. There is no cost to participate. Advance Registration is required
