This therapeutic art group offers a gentle, supportive space for people who are grieving, caregiving, or living with a serious illness. Through guided art-making and shared reflection, participants are invited to explore emotions, reduce stress, and connect with others who understand similar experiences. No art experience is needed—just a willingness to show up and engage in the process.

This is a 10-week closed program, allowing the same group to build trust and connection over time.
