Caregiver Café – Evening Edition
Caring for a loved one—whether they are living with cancer, dementia, heart disease, or another life-limiting illness—can be both meaningful and deeply challenging. Our Evening Caregiver Café gatherings offer a chance to step away from the demands of caregiving, take a breath, and connect with others who truly understand.

You don’t need to be the primary caregiver to join us. Whether you’re a spouse supporting your partner, an adult child caring for aging parents while still raising your own family (the “sandwich generation”), or a friend or neighbour lending a helping hand, you are welcome here.
Each evening includes coffee, tea, and sweet treats, along with casual conversation and gentle learning around caregiving topics that matter most to you. These gatherings take place in welcoming local restaurants and cafés throughout the communities we serve—creating a relaxed space for connection, reflection, and care.

This program is free of charge, but advance registration is required so we can plan for space and refreshments.
