Grief & Grub for Guys – Fall Session

Beth Donovan Hospice is offering Grief & Grub for Guys, a supportive six-week program designed for men who are grieving the loss of a loved one. This informal gathering provides a relaxed space to share experiences, connect with others who understand, or simply listen—all while enjoying some good food together.

Dates: Tuesdays, October 14 – November 18
Time: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Location: Kemptville Brewing Company (Upstairs)
Cost: Free to attend
Registration: Advance registration required

You are welcome to attend one session or all six—whatever feels right for you.

Grief & Grub for Guys recognizes that everyone processes grief differently. Whether you want to join the conversation or just take in the support of the group, this program offers a comfortable and welcoming environment with no pressure or expectations.
