Lanterns of Love – A Community Gathering of Remembrance

 

Join us on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Rotary Park in Kemptville for a moving evening of reflection and connection. Lanterns of Love is a lantern release ceremony that invites our community to come together in remembrance of loved ones who are no longer with us.

 

As the sun sets, participants will release lanterns by the docks, creating a beautiful display of light across the water — a symbol of love, memory, and hope. This event offers space for healing, quiet reflection, and collective support.

All are welcome. Lanterns are provided with advance registration.

 

Date: Thursday, October 2, 2025
Time: 7:00 PM- 8:45 PM. Based upon ticket selection
Location: Rotary Park, Kemptville – by the docks

Cost: $5/each (note if cost is a barrier, please reach out. We have a set amount of lanterns that have been donated)
