As a Certified Indoor Cycling/Spin Instructor, I have personally always wanted to challenge myself to a 12 hour ride.
After discussing with my friend/workout partner Sharon Wilkinson, she wished to join me!

Further discussion brought up the idea of hosting the ride as a Fundraising Event!

Together we choose to donate all funds raises from this event for a lovely young lady from Kemptville named Dawn LeGoueff. Dawn is 39 yrs of age,a single mother of 2 teenage boys who struggles with Stage 3C Colo-rectal Cancer since July 2021. After speaking with her sister Sam, I learned that several parts of her battle are not covered by our Health Care Plan.

$200.00 would simply help cover off Dawn’s medication for one month. We are hoping to raise $1000.

An additional option for this event is to make a donation to the Kemptville Beth Donavan Hospice.

There are 5 bikes available per hour. Riders are welcome to stay for 30 minutes up to the full 1 hour.

Time slots to secure a bike must be made through Kim.
