Caregivers provide an average of 11–30 hours of care each week, supporting family, friends, and neighbours with vital physical and emotional care. But who supports the caregiver when burnout sets in or an emergency arises?

Join us for a free virtual session on Wednesday, May 21st at 6 PM, presented by the Ontario Caregiver Organization, to learn how to better support yourself while continuing to care for others.

Topics will include:

  • How to build a caregiver contingency plan

  • How to plan and prepare for emergencies

This session offers practical tools and peace of mind for caregivers navigating the challenges of caregiving.
