Are you a young adult who helps care for a parent, grandparent, sibling, partner, or another loved one with a chronic illness, disability, disease, or age-related needs? If so, you're a young caregiver—and you're not alone.

Beth Donovan Hospice is excited to launch our new Young Caregiver Club, a free monthly club for young adults ages 18–29. This group is designed to bring together people who understand the unique challenges of balancing caregiving with work, school, relationships, and everyday life. It’s a place to connect, share experiences, learn from one another, and take time to care for yourself.

Join us for our first gathering on Tuesday, August 5, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM for a Welcome Bonfire & Games Night. It's a relaxed evening to meet others, enjoy some fun, and learn more about the group. Come on your own or bring a friend—you'll be warmly welcomed either way.

Following our kickoff event, the Young Caregiver Club will meet virtually once a month, making it easy to stay connected wherever you are.

This program is offered free of charge thanks to the generous support of the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation Community Board Grant, helping us ensure young caregivers have access to meaningful connection and support.
